Arizona...not Solvang Vacation 2015

Okay so all set go take another trip to beautiful Solvang this summer. Wondering if the beaches were open yet from the Oil spill earlier this year. Concerned that we have pretty much explored all the possiblel things to do last year. Then blamo! It all fell apart at the last minute. Got home Friday to a big mess. Stephanie, met me as I came home from work on Friday with our vacation planner on the phone. Turns out our booking was canceled due to an error. Pretty upset as there were no available places to go anywhere near where we wanted. Found the only availability was in Rancho Vistoso Arizona. Average temp during the week 100 degrees. So literally a  180 change in plans. The drive was 6 hours long with a break at the border for lunch. We made it just before the natives got restless. Whew... first things we noticed, in no particular order of .. very hot, bugs everywhere that make a weird buzzing sound and pretty cool thunderstorms. Pics of day one..
